One team of 8 to 20 people who work together on decisions week to week. It suits teams where the quiet person often turns out to have been right, a bit late.

Teams that speak up decide better. Most teams don't lack smart people; they lack the habit of early, respectful challenge, so problems get raised after the decision instead of before. This program builds that habit.

Here's how the 60 days usually run.

1. Pre-survey (before the start). It shows how the team decides now, so the workshop is pitched at the right problems.
2. A tailored Superior Decisions workshop. The full Superior Decisions workshop, shaped by what the pre-survey found: diagnose, learn, AI-proof, decide.
3. 2-hour decision review. We go back over a real team meeting together, with consent, using Bias Scanner once it's available. We agree with you beforehand how any recording or transcript is handled.
4. 2-hour check-in at about 60 days. What has stuck, what hasn't, and what to keep doing.
